Township of Emo Water Treatment Plant Upgrades

SBA provided the Township of Emo with engineering services for the upgrades to the Community’s existing Water Treatment Facility.  Work generally involved the removal and replacement of existing process piping, high-lift vertical turbine and high-volume pumps, mechanical and electrical components. This also included the supply and installation of new variable frequency drives, electrical actuators for existing package treatment plant valves, process control and SCADA control equipment and turbidity and chlorine analyzer units. Total construction cost of approximately $1.05 million dollars.
