Town of Shelburne Elevated Water Storage Tank

SBA currently provides various design, consultants, contract administration and quality assurance/inspection services to the Town of Shelburne as their designated Town Engineers.  In 2020, SBA was retained by the Town of Shelburne to complete the design for a new 48 m tall, 3410 m3 capacity steel elevated water storage tank to meet the Town’s current and future required water supply needs.

SBA completed the architectural, civil and process design for this project. Landmark Structures was the selected General Contractor who assisted SBA with this design/build project in completing the structural and HVAC design. The construction of this Tower commenced in November 2021 and was completed in June 2023. SBA also provided contract administration and quality assurance/site inspection services on this project throughout the entire duration of the construction phase. The overall construction cost of this project was $6.0 million.
